The location of the hotel is the historic medieval Borgo of Semproniano, small village in Tuscany maremma, very close to the famous “Terme di Saturnia” and the natural hot springs of Saturnia, as far as ideal to visit some of the most beautiful “Borghi d’Italia” like Pitigliano, Sovana, Santa Fiora and Montemerano.
Charming B&B in the historic centre of the village, behind the historic parish church of the thirteenth century and its bell tower. As soon as you make your entrance in the lobby will be surrounded by a warm atmosphere and a cosy environment where everything is designed for relaxation and recovery of times gone by.
This is a family-run hotel, with few rooms. More than 10 years ago, Enrico e Angela left the big city of Rome with its frantic pace, to move in this corner of paradise welcoming its customers with taste and respect for spaces and times, living with them to allow a true and authenic Italian experience.
The hotel is ideally located for a long stay, as it is at short distance from the thermal baths and from the fantastic routes in the area, and for a short break, it is in fact located in the historic centre of the village and guests can leave the car and go for a nice walk up to the “scale holy” leading at the top of the city to look at the valley and breathe the harmony of the landscape.

The rooms, all on the first floor, are comfortable and each with its own name. The name of the room correspond to a style of furniture, where prevale the simplicity and the Tuscan tradition. We are in the centre of the village so the view can sweep over the sourroundings roofs and the main entrance or the internal side, cooler and quieter and overlooking the main church of 1200 so called “LA PIEVE”.
All of them have private bathroom with shower, tv, private safe and cooling blades on the ceiling, for summer evenings.
