Our dining room, for breakfast and dinner, is very bright and fresh, the forniture is hancrafted and in solid wood. We have enough space to accommodate small private groups for convivial events, tastings, small ceremonies, by accommodating guests in our sleeping rooms. In winter a nice stove, with real fire, makes the ambient warm and intimate, for tasted dinner experience. We are open all year round, and we serve full 4 courses dinner with different menu, depending on the season, on the market and on the idea of the day. What is always the same is the quality of the ingredients: everything is local and organic, the origin of the ingredients is from small local producers (like farms, cheese makers, fruits and vegetable) fresh every day. Our cuisine is dedicated only to our guests and the dinner is specially prepared with a different menù every day. The tradition is our focus, but with a touch of fantasy.
In all these years we have tried to enhance the territory and its products, in letting our guests discover new flavors and prestigious wines that are different from the best known ones.

The garden-terrace is a pleasant and suspended place, where you can enjoy a tasted breakfast in spring and summer morning, where you can relax reading a book and taste a good Maremma wine….and in the evening candlelight dinner under a wonderful starry sky.
If you like to have an early wake-up, you can do it , and stay outside doing your exercice, or simply watching the new morning in a peaceful mind. From the garden, even if the main door is still closed, you can go for an early walk in the village or jogging and after having your fresh breakfast. The same in the evening, if after dinner you want to stay more, relaxing in the terrace after dinner, you can do it and close the door when you like. Candles are always available to make your evening special and cosy.
